This course offers a brief intensive exposure to various aspects of geriatric medical practice.  Students will work with Family Medicine Geriatricians in the ambulatory and inpatient settings.  The clinical experiences may be focused depending on the interests of the student.  Students may participate in the care of older patients at local assisted living and long term care facilities.  Additionally, opportunities for home visits will also be available.
